When you watch it on TV

it looks like there are loads of riders and the terrain is hilly with lots of bends. The riders are huffing and puffing and leaning this way and that. And I'm sure I've seen more than one car following.

But in reality it's maybe twenty riders peddling leisurely along a straight road with some rather bland carboard cut out scenery in the background. What a swizz!
