Wigan don't have that money and would not risk that money on 1 player

Dave Whelan is streched as it is! don't beleive the 'no one wants to play for Wigan' crap, they don't have that much money to offer huge wages.

Francis wasn't really that expensive for a team that with all probability go down, they don't have many midfielders anyway, so needed him.

How do I know all this?? a couple of mates who are Wigan fans, and have been all their lives...so are slightly 'star struck' at the mo!!
