Canary Corner is no more
I've recieved this mail via a Yahoo Canary News Group about Canary Corner from Ricky Bilvestone who ran the site.
Following the closure of a company involved in hosting all the relevant websites and a review of User Posted Link it has been decided to close the Rivals websites as of the date of this letter.
As a result, Rivals hereby gives you three months notice of termination. Rivals will continue to pay the Fees (as defined by the Agreement) for such three month period but does not require you to perform the services defined in the Agreement as from the date of the letter.
In recognition of the service you provided, Rivals is willing to transfer to you the domain name of the Site (please note that a legal registrant transfer fee may be payable to you). In addition Rivals will suppy at your request a disc containing the archived articles you have published on the Site. Please confirm by 31st July at the latest, if you would like to exercise either or both of these options by contacting Trevor Kramer.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your work relating to the site.
