Sorry, but I don't understand how anyone can fail to be bored by it. This may be because I only ever tried playing it the once, and was s**te, so I have no understanding of the finer points of the game - but to my ignorant eyes it looks a lot like two blokes paffing it at each other repeatedly. Yes, I can see that they're trying to win the point on the *next* shot most of the time but the nett effect is paff, paff, paff, hoorah. For me, very dull.

If anyone's interested, the main reason for my s**teness at the sport was the familiar one in my sporting expolits: a bit of a problem with distance perception. I can't throw anything, either. I don't do the girly throw thing, I throw either way too hard or way off course. Having demonstrated this to mates over the years I am advised that this is mostly due to my never having thrown stones at kids from other estates.
