Nope, she didn't. It was before

She was waiting to turn into the UEA, I was heading out towards the hospital. There was a huge queue starting to form behind her because a few other cars were waiting to turn in as well, so I slowed down to let her turn in.

She didn't go at first, and done a hand movement to tell me to carry on, so I flashed her. She still didn't go, so I waved her through (by this point I'd pretty much stopped) to which she gave me evils, didn't say thanks and mouthed something. I can only presume she wasn't that keen on going where she was going and wanted to drag it out a bit. Selfish cow, she probably didn't even notice the 10 cars behind her.
