dunno. I know two people with young kids who are either
excuded or nearly excluded.
In both cases, unbelievably hard-working parents. But both kids have got Aspergers or similar autistic disorders. Which makes them really hard to deal with.
I'd challenge you to blame the parents, if you knew them. Or do better yourself.
