i had that day off work and remember the newsflash on BBC 1 immediately after the afternoo
n showing of neighbours
within a couple of minutes i was logged onto a newsgroup i'd occassionaly frequent with the TV on next to my PC
within another couple of minutes someone posted a photoshopped image of the first tower with smoke billowing out with the newsflash strapline across the bottom of screen amended to read "Stevie Wonder has first flying lesson"
