Very Interesting...

My Very high up Cardiff City contact has just been in again. He stated some very interesting facts.

Firstly, he couldn't believe I knew that he was in for Sammy Clingan. He asked how i knew. I told him, get on the Wrath! No I didn't. anyway, he confirmed that it was over 1Mil (drip payments and bonuses etc) but under 1.5m. Quite happy with that. He did also say that a few teams are in for him, but it's all I could get out of him I'm afraid. Seems Sammy is perusing his choices but he expects to hear more on July 2nd.

My contact was very scathing of Delia. Power hungry, involved with a power struggle with Roger Munby who he called a very very nice man, and his wife. Devastated when i told him he'd been booted along with Doncaster. He said "then she's won" - when I pushed him, he said that there were two distinct factions at NCFC - pro Delia and Pro Munby and he had hoped for a club as nice as Norwich, Roger would have won.

Thirdly, West Brom are after his manager and he is struggling to keep him at the moment. He's a huge Dave Jones fan and will do everything in his power.

I hope no-one minds, but seeing as Clingan's going anyway, I bigged him up in a raggamuffin stylee so much, he asked if I was his agent! I was just trying to ensure we get as much as we can for him! They are short of midfield generals and I said it sums him up rather well.

No more to report just yet, but I hope to see him again next month. It's all very interesting to me, but apologies for anyone who thinks otherwise.
