The deal for exclusive negotiations that that group had (and paid 500k for)
expired at 5:00pm friday, so administrators now free to talk to other parties as well.
So le Tiss is no longer the only show in town, technically anyway.
I do wonder how long this can lumber on for before they finally buckle and go into liquidation.
