that's an interesting point

nadal's movement was restricted in paris, hence the loss and 2 weeks of rest. but that slam was still won fairly by federer even tho nadal couldn't give maximum effort

he has said if he's not 100% fit he won't play, and i don't see how he can be fit after losing to hewitt yesterday and struggling to bend.

i'd like rafa to play now but i don't think any win would be devalued because fed has won 5 of the last 6 wimbledons and anyone who can get past him in the draw deserves it. when fed was winning in the early years, he only had to face mugs like roddick in the final.
