first time here for a week or so - moved house and sodding BT cant get me online till next week (so in the orafice today).

heard a rumour ncfc have a new chief exec? also heard we've either signed a new player, or closing in on one...

anyone care to kindly provide a quick update as my boss is in and i aint got time to GIYF or scroll down a brightly lit non-company yellow message board for long!
