if it makes you feel good to tell them their poor service meant they missed out on placin g you and earning a small fortune, go right ahead! As long as you're polite its all good feedback. Chances are its a whole new set of people now anyway as in recruitment the turnover of staff is incredably high! Let them know how much more effective their competitor was, how much easier to deal with and how they worked to get you placed etc.... still leave a door open by saying IF the right opportunity comes along of course they're welcome to contact you, but you'd expect them to perform much much better if they dont want to lose out!

nice rant advising them their incompetance missed them a sale!
