If you are a Villa, Charlton, Man City fan...........
then i would imagine quite alot of their fans aren't bothering to renew their season tickets. Being one of those mid table teams must be so s**t.
At least if you are down the bottom you are kept on your toes and are looking around at other teams results to see how they are getting on to see whether it affects your league position, but if you are part of the mid table mediocrity brigade do you reckon their fans do this? What are they playing for? to see who can finish seventh? whoopee!
It must be s**t being one of those teams, yet this is what will ultimately happen to us if we are successful. I sometimes seriously wonder if i want this, anyone else?
It would be fun for a couple of seasons but once you become an established prem club then it gets boring and the only thing that would excite me is playing the big guns at home in the hope that you might put one over them.
For me the sooner the "big guns" it Man u etc f**k off and form a european super league the better it will be for the rest of the football teams in this country.
Your thoughts?
