I'm just saying, I can think of about 2 managers

who havent at one stage in their career been labelled "useless" yet when someone like Martinez has a nice break at a small club in his first job, and has two good seasons, he suddenly deemed the next big thing. In the same way Paul Jewell was.

Put Martinez in the Norwich job and he'd most likely fail, and then be labelled a useless manager, like the rest.
