so if nobody claims the rebate
we'll have over ?2m to spend on the playing budget. seems fairly noteworthy they use playing budget and not transfer budget. now surely losing out on this money would put us in more debt because we were skint anyway. so won't the money not claimed +foulger just go on all the playing budget we'd have had anyway, meaning the club can use what it would have put in for the player budget on covering non player costs.
so if people claim the rebate, we're f**ked
and if nobody claims the rebate, we're in no better position than had the club not offered it
if that makes sense. just some creative accounting.
