They had to try and and spend the money that might keep us up. They had to do anything we could.
The club is now in financial meltdown - that was inevitable in the case of relegation, given our debts and the income reduction. Rebate or no rebate.
I think the Foulger thing is a good idea, as far as it goes. Increases the impact he can have by matching it to fans' money. But there's an awful lot of denial on here about how big a mess we're in.
