Poor little Norfolk souls

not much money but put it in the hands of that nice football club to make you happy.
I'm not knocking Foulger in all this by the way but the means to achieve it are close to sickening.
And we're failing to mention the fact that the playing budget might have been a little bit bigger had the board not made so many ginormous cockups in recent years, including letting Worthington manage the largest chunk we'd ever had, without any accountability.
