It's more interesting to have prmotions and relegations during the game, rather than being stuck mid table in a table of 80 players. Also, if people come back again next year, they will start in the division they finished in this year )or higher if not all return), so the leagues should be more of a true indication of who is good at predicting, and who is a Fierce Panda.
