you'll just sound like someone who doesn't appreciate someone elses efforts or a bargain

I'm in a similar position at work with someone nicking some of my responsibilities without asking too

If I raise it, I'll be made to look like I don't appreciate initiative or help, when in reality someone else is on a power trip
