It's not time to sack him yet, but i don't thik the problem is just this season, its from some bad decisions made last season too.
A manager can stay at a club for too long. I'll use the burley example again, gave the scum amazing success, but when they got rid of him he was taking them down. Should they of kept the faith? Since he left JR has got them into the play-off's twice (?) now. It is possible to simply go as far as you can at a club. Doens't mean NW is a bad manager.
