need to be convinced Hendo can put in accurate crosses. If he returns to the team, and does it at the first time of asking, and keeps it up, then that would be the making of him. But he needs to produce the goods when he gets his chance, as he may not get many more - that is the tough life of being a young pro in football. Alan Smith, Leeds Utd, scored 8 seconds into his debut. then he scored in his next game. Had he not done so, he could have faded out of the game. That is the thin line between success and failure as a young player.
