Saw Portillo a few weeks ago claiming that all MPs know about it and are expected to claim

these expenses. He said he was shown the ropes in making all these various claims by a more senior MP when he was first elected and went to the HoP.

Hopefully there can be some kind of investigation into unfair claims made in the past...
