my main concerns.....
are that in those 19 games, what with coming from inside the club, where he should already know the players, strengths and weaknesses etc he FAILED miserably to motivate the team for SEVERAL must win games (sheff weds, reading and charlton spring to mind) with DISMALL efforts from all. THEN he made some dubious substitution decisions which have just fuelled many fans veiws that he doesnt have what it takes.
