Respect is the biggest issue

I don't see how, as a manager, he will command any real respect. He has shown next to no tactical nous thus far, and why should a goalkeeper who's never even managed a kids' team be a tactical genius.

Crook and Butterworth also appear to barely speak to Gunn during games. He stands out alone at the edge of his technical area.

Thoroughly f**ked about it now I've had a few hours to think about it.
