Far from established in my opinion. As others have pointed out, elsewhere it's very much the exception rather than the rule. I remain to be convinced; but some are making the argument that there is a place somewhere on the board for someone with football knowledge (whatever that means); but as CEO responsible the the nitty gritty of running the club? No, I don't think so!
