I renewed and was given a promise that if I was renewing to watch a lower standard, i'd be allowed to pay less.

I've fulfilled my dutied by commiting to the club financially again, and I'm having that rebate.

It may MAY go to NCIST, but it's more likely it won't.

Plus, how the hell to I explain to the wife why I want to let them keep it after this?
