Admittedly my memories of NCFC aren't as long as many of yours, but I'm struggling to remember such an event.

I think, in all honesty, our season will be defined by the players we bring in before the season starts. We've got a threadbare squad full of mentally weak players, if we can bring in some strong, tough-minded men, instead of the shrinking violets we've been blessed with for the last few seasons we might just be alright.

Whether Gunn is the man to find those players and get them here remains to be seen.
