Boothroyds been out of the game for a while, is young, bright and has a proven track record of some success. Robins has done a brilliant job at Rotherham, handled the ground been sold, administration, players been sold off and a 10 point deduction and still worked miracles.
Jim Gannon likewise did wonders at Stockport under similar circumstances and knows League One.
