Me neither

Managed to solve "big man up front dilema", something which Roeder failed to do over the entire season.
Managed to finally get the best out of Wes, which Roeder didn't achieved.
Got a decent centre-back in, instead of playing filling the gap with on loan full backs from Premiership youth teams.
Gave some youth team players a chance and got and a found a decent player from the non-league leagues.
I think the damage was already done before he joined.
