May 2008 = 100 transfers
June 2008 = 162 transfers
July 2008 = 300 transfers
Aug 08 = 269 transfers

So the person who states that the vast majority of football transfers are done in July & August is correct (May & June = 30 per cent, July & Aug = 70 percent)
