I know i am not perfectly up to date with the rules around free agents BUT...

My understanding is under the new rules if a player is out of contract and under 24 the club still claim a fee in the way of compensation.. is this still the same? Would we get this for croft? This may have been posted before so if it has i will say sorry now.
