5. To consider the reappointment of Bryan Gunn: five years or the full decade?
6. To double the size of Neil Doncaster's bonus (no discussion)
7. To consider correspondance from players:

- (b) "How close can I get to him before it's a red card?" D. Carney
- (c) "What am I for, exactly?" J. Otsemobor
8. To consider correspondance from fans:
- (a) "What do they do in traynun, Neil?" S. Barry

- (c) "Why doesn't the club get some proper leadership in the boardroom, in the company and on the pitch, buy some players who want to win games of football, and focus on getting out of League One" Everyone Else (NB: we may not have time to discuss this one - perhaps we should just send them a fluffy model of Canary Fairy? Just a thought - Delia)
