but Fletcher effectively wrapped both his legs around Fabregas to bring him down. In my mind it is the fact that it wasn't just the leg that played the ball that made contact with Fabregas that made the penalty and sending off justifiable, but that the other one did so heavily too (so it wasn't just the follow through of a decent tackle). It was a bit of a scissor action and the right leg was NEVER going to get anywhere near teh ball.
