He is the Chairman

We need some proper leadership at Board level. Delia has been very generous with her own money (as have others) but you need a strong Chairman to make the Board work as a Board and take the difficult decisions when they need to be taken.

In any commercial operation the Chairman and CEO would be on their way out after calamities like the ones NCFC have been through. I'm too stupid to understand why it should be any different here.

Put differently, if we were succeeding, making money and getting promoted Munby and Doncaster would certainly be taking a big share of the praise for getting the infrastructure in place to support a successful team and rightly so. But we're not, and our infrastructure is shot, and we're putting the wrong people in the key positions not just once but over and over again.

In terms of necessary changes right now, Delia is a distraction: we need a new Chairman to lead the board and a new CEO to run the club.
