but she needs to wake up and realise we need some 'outside' influence now, its time to shake the club up, we need to try and move from 'little old norwich - a nice club' and ruffle a few feathers starting with a shake up at the top all the way down the club

To be fair Roeder had the right idea when he was in charge, i think he saw this and thats why he had his own little clearout.

Need to do the same without losing the relationship between club and fans
