It's a view shared by many on this board that he hasn't had the best of starts.

I'm not judging him on three games, he was poor for a large part of last season too, but credit to him, when Ashton arrived he seemed to improve no-end.

However, they've yet to re-kindle that striking partnership this season so far, I don't know why, maybe it's a temporary problem...
