Leaving the football matters aside, the worst thing for me is the

total lack of planning for this eventuality, something that has been nigh on inevitable for the past two seasons. Yet there has to be meetings after the event to hopefully move things on.

At the appointment of Gunn, the board should have come up with a long term plan for the club on either relegation or survival...that should have been put to work this morning...not having meetings and wasting valuable time to look for a new manager and chairman and CEO, only then knowing the level of backing needed for the club to go forward and the time needed to rebuild the squad...that probably take us half way through preseason....of course if none of these happen then it is all so much easier.
