he was interviewed for Grants job. He is without doubt one of the best young managers in this country and has valid experience at league one level. He has two successful promotions to his CV on a very limited budget and knows where to get quality young players from.

His style of play is fluent one touch football and is very very strict with players, don?t take any crap. He got rid of top goalscorer at the time, Michael Ricketts after seeing him in McDonalds drive through. No warning, instant dismissal. He has spoken of his desire to join us in the past and would not cost a lot to join as I believe he has a clause in his contract to join a championship club which could prove difficult now!. Players like McDonald would relish working under a manager like Tilson.

The club needs a complete new structure from start to bottom.
