Roeder was a shame really

clearly knows a player, and knows about football. Pity he was such a c**t that even little old Norwich directors couldn't bear him, let alone the fans and players.

Gunn has done no better. His loans and buys have been generally dreadful, and the club needs to start from scratch and appoint a head hunter who knows about football to get the right manager for a League One struggle. The clear instructions should be someone with experience who has at least succeeded somewhere for longer than just a few months, even if he hasn't succeeded everywhere.

grant - no experience. Roeder - we followed the pattern of short-term success followed by failure and fan loathing. Gunn - no experience. All three were shocking appointments, and were all predicted as such by some people on here, who were all spot on.
