Its strange...

when I went to uni it was widely accepted that A Levels were tougher than a degree because they were more intense and at uni you got more free time. My first year of uni was just a rehash of everything I'd done at A Level because they had to spend the first year making sure everyone got up to the right level. Years 2 and 3 were tougher but I wouldn't say harder to deal with than A Level.
