get the right guy. Well, not good enough I'm afraid. The bigger the appointment, the more due diligence should be done. Managers get sacked for buying the wrong players, but the effect on the Club of having the wrong manager is greater.
I guess we'll see if he takes responsibility after the Board meeting.
