I was thinking about this on the train the other day,
it would be good in the fact that the players we have and own, should want to play to their best as it affects them directly our league position as opposed to a bunch of people who don't give a f**k because they're only here for x amount of time. We will have to scour the lower leagues for dirt cheap players but they will be up for it, to play for a relatively popular club. Look at Cody for example. At least they will care. The other side to that is, who the hell will want to come here?
I think you understand what I'm trying to get across, albeit poorly written.
