i don't think they would, at least not enough to ensure that all the clubs across both new premier leagues get the same amount of money as is currently on offer to those at the bottom of the current premier league
Sky have enough trouble getting people to watch Blackburn v Wigan without them also having to make Blackpool vs Plymuff seem exciting, particularly if there is no relegation to the piss poor league involved. (this is of course assuming that the same contractual obligations to show each club a minimum number of times would still apply)
