They may start to use it now, but they've not really spent anything we shouldn't be able to get at least close to.
They've gone and, generally, found young players looking for a chance.
Players stepping up in the main that don't want massive wages, or command a masive fee.
I think Joe Lewis is still the most they've paid for 1 player.
