will relegation be THAT bad?

it's not like the championship is that much fun or high quality. and we're a million miles away from having a team capable of going up from it. surely it's far far worse being relegated from the prem. finances hit badly and a totally different standard of football. at least going down we'll be able to totally rebuild the squad, get to visit some new grounds and those we haven't done in ages, and rebuild some confidence. at least next season shouldn't be a huge struggle! tho automatic promotion is a must.
