it's the being able to see the thinking behind decisions (both those made by the managers

and the board) that'll make me want to defend them, even if they turn out to be completely the wrong ones, as long as i can see some sort of logic behind them i'll want to give them the benefit of the doubt - however, it's one thing for me to want to understand how a decision came about, it's another to think that someone should still be in a job

for many fans (on here and elsewhere) things have to be black or white for them, if you try to rationalise the board's actions on a matter they immediately conclude that you believe Delia should be cannonised, or that if you believe we need some stability amongst the management and playing staff you somehow think we should have kept hold of Roeder and the s**t he got rid of
