I don't know if they owe money to HMRC but most comapanies that go bust do.
The football league insolvency rules say that they see coming out of administration within 3 months via a CVA as the acceptable way. HMRC have said they will oppose in Court any CVA that treats football debts above debts to themselves (FL insist all football debts are paid in full to prevent domino effect). If it goes to court it will not be settled within 3 months and they are likely to get another 15pts deducted on top.
