Why the f**k are they 'furious'?

If they had been told we'd got 2,500 tickets, and either couldnt be arsed to apply, forgot, or were unlucky, then there could be no complaints.

You cant get all indignant cos some tickets that you thought were on general sale (i.e. 6th in line for them) turn out not to ba available. Worst that can be said is "[grumble grumble] get your facts right before you publish the ticket sales figures"
