This Pirate Bay stuff

All they did was link to copyrighted material apparently. If I want to find copyrighted material I use "Google". So why aren't "Google" being prosecuted?
And another thing, listen to the track "Taurus" by Spirit. Why isn't that piracy? Jimmy Page has made more money out of that than the Pirate Bay bods ever will, I'll be bound.
