I've never watched a hooligan film and I don't think the fans were blameless
You can't just take one element and hold it up as the reason.
It was a number of factors that came together, the fans were definatley one of them, as were the police.
People resent how Liverpool fans have never accepted any responsibility, while blaming everyone else.
